High pressure pump mold

This image shows a particularly complex mold made for a high-pressure gas pump. The project was notable for the extreme difficulty in constructing the cores needed to recreate the internal geometry of the part. The complexity of the central core and its branches required careful design and the deployment of our technical team's advanced skills. This type of processing highlights our ability to tackle highly complex projects with customized solutions and maximum precision.

Generic resin pump 1000

Shown here is an example of a pump made of 1000 resin, a material that guarantees excellent mechanical properties and dimensional stability. 1000 resin is ideal not only for prototypes, but also for medium- to large-scale series production, thanks to its durability and reliability over time. A video documenting the milling of the piece is also available, demonstrating the quality of the finish and the precision of the production process. Our workshop is equipped with cutting-edge CNC machinery, allowing us to produce complex components quickly and efficiently.

Mold model and core-branching phase

Here you can see the model of the finished mold, constructed from wear-resistant materials suited to the stresses of the forming process. On the right, a moment during the casting phase, during which the cores are inserted into the mold. This delicate process, crucial to the final result, requires great accuracy and knowledge of tolerances to ensure that the internal geometry of the finished part conforms to the technical drawing.
